Position: Technical D365 CE Architect
Location: Germany (Remote or Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Lead the implementation and integration of D365 CE solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough system assessments, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting as required.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in D365 CE and advise on how they can enhance client operations.
- Extensive experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE entities, workflows, forms, and views.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, including RESTful APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with upper mid to enterprise-level clients is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service would be advantageous.
