Role – This is a great opportunity for an ERP Scrum Master to guide and manage the Scrum teams during the ERP Greenfield implementation. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile best practices, removing obstacles, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP implementations (preferably SAP, IFS, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), as well as a proven track record in managing agile projects within fast-paced, high-tech environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
- Guide the ERP Implementation: Support cross-functional teams in the ERP Greenfield project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Remove Obstacles: Identify, address, and resolve impediments that could slow down the team’s progress or impact the delivery timeline.
- Manage Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the ERP project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication on project status, risks, and key decisions.
- Agile Coaching: Train and mentor team members on agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Work closely with the ERP functional and technical teams to maintain high quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between IT, business units, and external consultants to ensure smooth execution and delivery of the ERP system.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a high-tech, software or professional services environment.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP implementations (Greenfield projects highly desirable), preferably with SAP, IFS, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) desired; additional agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
