Focus on WD are currently seeking a Finance Systems Manager with a strong Financials ERP background to join a full-platform Workday End-user in the South West.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum base salary (Dependent on experience)

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 2+ years’ experience with Workday Financials with a blended hands-on/strategic skillset or experience as Finance Systems Manager with similar skills from a competitor technology
- proven track record in championing best-practice, knowledge transfer, product expertise, and continual improvement across Workday Financials or another Finance ERP System.
- Strong experience managing SI Partners and Vendor experts to translate system requirements and to ensure Technical System Development and Design requests are fit for purpose pre-release.
- Experience of championing a new Finance ERP System across an organisation, working closely with SI Partners to ensure new releases are fit for purpose.
