I have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HRIS Systems to join a newly go-live environment in an international Workday Customer.
I am looking for a Head of HRIS Systems to join an exciting and innovative Workday End-User who has just gone live with the product and is looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to own and champion the Workday Product Suite.

Location: London – Hybrid – 2/3 Days on-site
Salary: £100,000 - £110,000+ Base + Bonus & Benefits   

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 5+ years in the Workday Ecosystem and experience as a Workday Functional Lead/Workday HRIS Manager/Workday Systems Manager with a blended strategic/hands-on skillset.
  • Strong hands-on Configuration skills across HCM and a mix of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Security and Reporting.
  • The ability to be the "voice of the system" and champion the product to key stakeholders within the business, promoting adoption and investment.
  • The ability to take the Lead on internal projects, stabilisation of the system in a newly live environment, enhancements, system functioning, new features, release management.
  • Experience in a "sole contributor" blended hands-on and leadership role is desirable but not necessary.
