Position: HRIS Technology Solutions Manager

Salary:$150,000 - $170,000CAD per annum plus bonus and benefits
About the Role:
Focus On WD is seeking an exceptional Technology-Holistic HRIS Solutions Manager to join a Globally-reknowned leading Technology Consultancy where you will be leveraging your experience to maximise the HRIS Technology Capabilities across an established customer base!
This is be a fully-remote position but you must be based in Canada and be a permanent resident to be considered.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
🔸5+ years experience as a HRIS Technology Solutions Manager/HRIS Systems Manager or Enterprise Systems Manager across a myriad of technologies including but not limited to Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or Peoplesoft. Additional technologies will also be considered
🔹A proven ability to identify areas of improvement and sustainability with the capability of managing the team to deliver solutions across a broad technology estate.
🔸Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with Stakeholders and C-Suite business leaders to articulate solutions whilst mitigating impact and championing adoption.
🔹An exceptional understanding of multiple HRIS Technologies from the above list, with a previous background in either a hands-on or solution-delivery background and knowledge of HRIS architectures and capabilities.
🔸Exceptional management and organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple technologies whilst managing a diverse team of HRIS Professionals.
