We've partnered with a leading housing company that has recently gone live with D365 CE Customer Service and Field Service. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join on a permanent basis.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering D365 Customer Engagement projects and enhancements, ensuring the successful implementation of technology, data, process, and organisational structure changes. Using a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach, you will manage projects within time, cost, and quality constraints, driving business value and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Shape, mobilise, plan, and lead projects in line with the company’s PMO standards.
- Create high-quality project initiation documents, outlining scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, and governance structure.
- Track and measure business case realisation, working closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively manage key project risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
- Produce high-quality project status reports and other documentation as required by the IT Delivery Manager or PMO.
- Ensure projects are well-structured, planned, and executed within budget and agreed scope.
- Deliver change in collaboration with business teams, building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financials and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Location: This role requires onsite presence in Northampton for three days per week.
