 I am reaching out on behalf of one of my international customers in Paris which is currently looking for a SME with FCSM treasury experience/O2C to join a 10 months contract ASAP.

  • Role: Treasury (FSCM) Functional SME / Business Engagement SME
  • Process / Domain knowledge:
  • Expert in FSCM, must specifically be an expert in: AR invoicing/ billing; Factoring; Dunning; Collection Management; Bad Debt Management.
  • This role requires the candidate to have a good broad solid knowledge across the OTC E2E business processes and value chain
  • Language: must have business level French and English
  • Location : Levallois Perret (Paris)
  • Travel required: general requirement – the candidate should not have any travel constraints that would prevent them from travelling onsite weekly. Typical travel patter will be Tue – Thu onsite; some weeks Mon – Thu (e.g. workshops; UAT, Hypercare); might very rarely be Mon – Fri.
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration of the assignment: ~ 10 months
  • Year of Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Responsibilities: 
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops in the FSCM/ OTC domain; support cross-functional Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops on integration topics.
  • Support the FSCM/ OTC client Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) and the Line Of Business (LOB) and Regional Process business representatives and the Local Business Process Owners (LBPO)
  • Maintains, updated and created new core business deliverables related to FSCM / OTC: business process flows, BPML, User Stories.
  • Drive the definition of a formal value (business) case to justify any non-harmonised processes and/ or any non-standardised SAP solution.
  • Contributes to Change Management (OCM) and the business transformation by providing inputs to Change Impact identification for the FSCM & OTC Business
  • Authors Business Process Design documents
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams at onsite and offshore to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating business language into technical design.
  • Supports the Business with their data cleansing
  • Coordinates and facilitates the FSCM / OTC Track UAT which will be executed by the Business.
  • Provide FSCM / OTC inputs to the Business Cutover Strategy and the Business Cutover Plan; and support the Business in their cutover execution.
