The Role
As an SAP Implementation Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational goals. You will oversee projects involving SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of SAP implementation, from client acquisition and proposal development to project delivery.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex SAP solutions into actionable insights.
- Driving the successful completion of projects to meet both client and organisational expectations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an SAP consultant or project manager.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and emerging technological trends.
- A master’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Information Management.
- A proven track record of delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Experience in leading and coaching project teams.
- A customer-focused mindset with commercial acumen and the ambition to grow.
