This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP MM project Manager to join a very successful and continuously growing organisation ranked top 10 employer in the UK by LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business and technical needs.
- Conduct blueprint workshops to align on project goals.
- Coordinate the development of functional specifications, unit testing, and data migration tasks within the system.
- Configure the SAP MM module to meet client requirements, including the setup of material master data, vendor master data, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, pricing procedures, and other relevant settings.
- Document, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Define test scenarios and scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Lead the project team in executing tasks and completing project deliverables.
- Continuously review the SAP MM module to identify opportunities for improving business processes.
- Oversee the final system cutover and data migration activities.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- 5+ years’ experience with SAP MM and proven experience with S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of logistics business processes, particularly in material and inventory management.
- Experience in the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of complex MM and logistics solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- A strong drive to exceed expectations and achieve success for the client, company, and yourself.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation abilities.
- Project management certifications would be desirable.
