Focus on ServiceNow is working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner in the UK, looking to bring in an experienced Architect/Advisory Consultant to join their Advisory practice.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing and well known organisation in the UK, looking to bolster their advisory practice and grow your career along with the growth of the team. This particular consultancy has a very experienced, but small and collaborative team.

SALARY: Up to £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
 
LOCATION: Remote- Travel to customer site and office on occasion.
 
POSITION: ServiceNow Advisory Consultant
 
ROLE:
  • Establish yourself as the ‘trusted advisor’ with customers, and prospects.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders and projects sponsors, gaining strong understanding of the client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to outline plans, roadmap and to identify opportunities to share new ideas and solutions with the client.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal process and best practice.
  • Mentorship and guidance of other team members.
 
CANDIDATE:
  • 5+ years ServiceNow experience in a similar role (Advisory or Architect)
  • Strong customer engagement skills, working on both small and enterprise level customers.
  • Architectural knowledge, being able to identify areas of improvement for the customer.
  • Broad ServiceNow functionality exposure (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, ITAM etc)
  • Ambitious, looking to further grow their career and learn more about the ServiceNow platform through projects and certifications etc.
