Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager/Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering strong client relationships. As a ServiceNow Elite Partner, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. This is a remote position based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Guide and update clients throughout the project life cycle, providing timely communication and addressing any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services or products to clients.
- Lead a team of Technical Consultants (TCs), Business Process Consultants (BPCs), and Business Analysts (BAs) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Engagement Manager/Product Manager roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience leading and managing teams of Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, and Business Analysts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
