The Role:
 As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with senior-level stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires a technical background, including the ability to code/configure and verify the work of other developers.
 - Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
- Engage with senior-level stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs, and provide strategic guidance on GRC/IRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to configure and customise the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Act as a technical authority, verifying the work of other developers and providing mentorship as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
 - Previous experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with senior-level executives.
- Technical background with the ability to code/configure on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience leading development teams and verifying the work of other developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
