Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise with ServiceNow to define and deliver customer solutions, adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Bring your 4+ years of experience in a Technical Consultant or Senior Technical Consultant role to the table, showcasing your broad exposure to the ServiceNow platform or specialisation in a particular product stream.
- Hold relevant certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in your respective areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Act as a Dutch-speaking resource, facilitating smooth communication with local clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Technical Consultant or Senior Technical Consultant position within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.
- Proficiency in Dutch language is required to effectively communicate with local clients.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering successful customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is expected.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
