They are embarking on a large-scale Workday implementation project, and my client are seeking a dedicated Contract Workday Advanced Compensation Lead with fluency in German to join the team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative enterprise project.

Role - As the Contract Workday Advanced Compensation Lead, you will take charge of our Advanced Compensation module within the Workday system. Your expertise will be instrumental in the successful execution of this project, ensuring that compensation processes align seamlessly with business requirements. Your fluency in German is essential for effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders.

Candidate -

  1. Advanced Compensation Leadership:
    • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop compensation strategies, and implement solutions that enhance our compensation processes.
  1. German-Speaking Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders to understand their specific compensation needs and expectations.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to the new compensation system.
  1. Configuration and Customization:
    • Customize the Workday Advanced Compensation module to align with the company's unique compensation policies, structures, and workflows.
    • Ensure the seamless integration of compensation data with other Workday modules and external systems.
  1. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee testing activities, including the development of test plans, test scripts, and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data throughout the implementation.
  1. Documentation and Training:
    • Create comprehensive documentation of the Advanced Compensation module's configuration and processes for reference and training purposes.
    • Provide training to end-users and ensure they are proficient in using the new compensation system.
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in Workday Advanced Compensation module configuration and implementation.
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in leading Workday projects, preferably within large enterprise environments.

Rate: I am flexible for the right candidate however ballpark for this role will be €130 per hour

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and analytics.
  • Experience with data integration and migration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
