Job Opportunity: Workday Financials Systems Manager

This is a full-time, permanent role based in London, offering a hybrid working model with three days per week onsite.
The position comes with a highly competitive salary ranging from £110,000 to £120,000 per annum, plus a minimum of 15% bonus and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Workday Financials and associated finance systems from implementation through to go-live and post-go-live optimization.
- Provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across all areas of product transformation lifecycle.
- Manage a team of Finance Systems Specialists and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer of finance-related processes.
- Oversee a variety of finance systems and products, including Adaptive Planning, Coupa, Dell Boomi, Longview, Navan, and others, ensuring their seamless integration with Workday Financials.
- Manage the delivery of security audits, access management, release management, and key rotation of finance systems.
- Create and own the roadmap for change and implementation within the business.
- Take ownership of incident management across all finance systems.
- Document and implement IT General Controls (ITGC’s) across the Workday Financials and Finance Systems estate.
- Extensive experience as a Workday Financials Systems Lead or Head of Finance Systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of finance systems and products.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead product transformation initiatives.
- Experience with security audits, access management, and incident management.
