Workday HCM & Compensation Lead

We are looking for a Certified Workday HCM & Compensation Lead to join a fast-growing Workday Partner Consultancy.

This Workday Partner specializes in the Federal and Local Government industries, providing Workday HCM and Workday Financials implementation services to Federal and State Government clients. They have a very strong project pipeline with various ongoing projects and more starting in the near future.

Now is a very exciting time to join this Workday Partner. Workday themselves are targeting the Federal and State Government spaces as areas of growth. As experts in these industries, this Consultancy is well positioned to continue growing as Workday secures more Federal and State Government clients.

As a 'Workday HCM & Compensation lead' you would engage Federal and State Government clients to lead the HCM and Compensation work-streams on their Workday implementation projects. You will lead these work-streams from discovery through design, build, testing, and go-live.

This is a permanent full time position and operates in a remote working model so you can be based anywhere in the US. There could be some travel required to client sites as certain points in their projects.

Required experience and skills
  • Experience leading Workday HCM & Compensation implementations
  • Current Workday Partner certification in HCM or Compensation
  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM and Compensation modules
