Brand new Contract opportunity for a Workday HCM Consultant to join a Workday customer in a post go-live environment.
Position: Workday HCM Consultant
Employment Type: Contract, 3 Months Duration
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London – 3 Days on-site required
Day Rate: Inside IR35 £600-650 Per day
Why This Role?
▪️ 4+ Years Experience configuring Workday Core HCM. Any Security experience highly desired along with experience across any of, Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence and Reporting
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, resolution, identifying areas of improvement and releases
