A Financials Services Workday Customer is looking to add to their Workday HRIS team.

This role is one working for a Manager and a business that believe in investing in its employees. They have multiple HCM Modules including Absence, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Compensation, Position Management and Org Hierarchy but you don't need knowledge of them all, but if you want expsoure to areas outside of your modular expertise, then this is the place for you!
Whether you are involved in System Changes, Bi-Yearly upates, Integrations, Security, Dashboards or Reporting, this role can give you the expsoure to areas outside of your specialisms if you so desire it.
You cna be based in London or even the Dorking area in Surrey but you can work remotley for 2 or 3 days a week and only go into the office a couple of days, it is up to you. If you are someone that likes the office environment you can go in more or if you have specific reasons go in less, the point is the HRIS Manager is a flexible and reasonable Manager who wants what is best for the team. You are expected to get into the office on a weekly basis however, this is company wide.
They have great Benefits but most impressive is their bonus scheme, up to 30%! And this is not some figure just thrown out there to look impressive, they achieve high % bonus year on year!
