Position: Workday HRIS Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Dublin, Ireland – 2/3 Days on-site ideally required
Permanent Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 plus 10-15% Bonus and Benefits

Skills & Experience Required:
▪️ 3-5 Years Experience configuring Workday Core HCM plus 2 other modules including Security, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Learning is a MUST
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, resolution, identifying areas of improvement and releases
