About the Role:
Focus On WD is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join an esteemed international client. This role is pivotal in a new Workday implementation project, where you will be responsible for documenting, implementing, deploying, and supporting integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration efforts on a full life cycle HCM Workday implementation.
- Utilize your technical expertise to navigate multiple technologies, quickly mastering new areas.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration delivery.
- Workday Integration Experience: Minimum of 3+ years, with hands-on experience - HCM & Payroll. Extend experience advantageous, not essential.
- Implementation Experience: Proven experience in full life cycle Workday implementations, ideally in an Integrations Lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Workday Studio or Prism Integration build, XML, XPath, XSLT, and Web Services.
- Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications: Prior training or certifications in Workday or related technologies are advantageous.
