Position: Workday Integrations Specialist

About the Role:
- Focus On WD is seeking a skilled Workday Senior Integrations Consultant to join an existing Workday End-User customer who are live with several of the modules within the HCM suite including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Peakon.
- Join a superb Workday HRIS team, acting as the go-to Workday Integrations specialist within the business being a critical member of the team with the over-arching view of the integrations landscape
- This role will be ideal for an individual with strong integrations knowledge within HCM with the ability to support existing integrations aswel as building new integrations
KEY SKILLS/CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant/ Technical Specialist/Manager with strong skills across Workday Integrations and associated areas such as Workday Studio, Core connectors, EIBS's, Calculated Fields, and reporting.
- The ability to act as the go-to Workday Integrations specialist within the business being a critical member of the team with the over-arching view of the integrations landscape providing both technical and strategic expertise to the organisation, with the ability to support existing integrations as well as building new integrations.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to provide technical knowledge transfer to a variety of audiences.
- The ability to champion and promote best practice and increase Workday Technical Knowledge and capability across a Global Workday landscape.
