- Title: Workday Security Specialist
- Location: Hybrid Role - London (3 days per week in-office)
- Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
- Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Workday Security Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Utilize configuration skills to enhance and optimize security policies and domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define security roles, access controls, and permission sets.
- Handle ticketing requirements and issue resolution, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop technical solutions to support business processes through effective communication with stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2+ years within the Workday ecosystem.
- Configuration experience across Core HCM & Security.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Workday Security are essential.
- Workday Fundamentals/Pro qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
