This is a key role responsible for supporting, developing and optimising Workday integrations across the wider HR technology landscape.

This is a key role responsible for supporting, developing and optimising Workday integrations across the wider HR technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, deploy and support Workday integrations.
- Work hands-on with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues and carry out root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to integration architecture, standards and technical documentation.
- Support Workday releases, testing and ongoing system optimisation.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external partners.
- 3+ years’ hands-on Workday Integration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio and Orchestrate.
- Strong knowledge of Web Services, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
- Good understanding of XML, XSLT and data transformation.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex integration issues.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Integration certifications.
- Experience in global/multi-country Workday environments.
- Experience with PECI, PICOF, SAP, Oracle or payroll integrations.
