Required Experience & Skills

• Must possess excellent programming, technology, and system design skills, with recent experience in Java, C#/.Net, C++, or Python
• Required experience working with SQL databases
• Must have Azure or AWS cloud experience
• Strong enthusiasm for programming and a high appetite for learning and innovation
• Proven ability to own entire engineering projects from conception to completion
• Must have good communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and team members
• Minimum academic requirements include Bachillerato grades of 9.0+ and at least a 7.0 in a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, hard sciences, or a related field from a top university

• Legal work eligibility in Spain
• Mandatory technical certifications or licenses, if applicable
• Required minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development
• Fluency in Spanish is not required
• English speaking essential

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Financial Services industry
• Knowledge of domain-specific concepts and market trends in financial technology
