Job Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead
Location: Germany
Job Type: Contract (Part-Time, 2–3 days per week)
Client is a leading organisation based in Germany, focused on optimising its HR technology landscape and driving greater efficiency across its people function. They are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors professional to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their Employee Central environment.
Position Overview we are seeking an experienced and hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to support a key client engagement in Germany.
In this role, you will take a lead position across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting system improvements, configuration and optimisation. You will work closely with business and HR stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to meet organisational requirements and deliver an effective employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Employee Central Leadership:
Lead and support the ongoing development, optimisation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Configuration & System Management:
Manage configuration and improvements within Employee Central, ensuring the system is aligned with business requirements and HR processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, functionality and system performance across the SuccessFactors environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Data Management:
Support the maintenance of accurate and high-quality employee data within Employee Central, identifying and resolving issues where required.
Support & Guidance:
Provide expert guidance to business users and stakeholders, supporting the effective adoption and utilisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Best Practice:
Apply SuccessFactors best practices and provide recommendations to ensure the platform remains scalable, effective and aligned with business needs.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead / Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with SuccessFactors configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in contract or project-based environments
- German language skills – mandatory
