Workday Finance Analyst | Permanent
Location: North West Surrey – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We are looking for a Workday Finance Analyst to join a growing team, supporting the ongoing optimisation, configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Finance and Technology teams, driving system improvements and ensuring Workday continues to meet business needs.

We are looking for a Workday Finance Analyst to join a growing team, supporting the ongoing optimisation, configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements and work closely with AMS partners.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, system releases and configuration changes.
- Assist with Workday reporting, data quality and integrations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline Finance processes and improve system efficiency.
- Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday Financials.
- Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses or Financial Reporting.
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and UAT.
- Understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
