Workday Technical Manager

Job Title: Workday People Systems Manager
Location: UK / Hybrid
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workday People Systems Manager to lead Workday delivery, optimisation and service management.
Position OverviewYou will provide hands-on Workday expertise, lead a team of Workday specialists and own the ongoing development, support and governance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration, development and optimisation
• Manage Workday delivery from requirements through to deployment
• Own incidents, service requests and change management
• Lead Workday security, access and data governance
• Manage Workday releases, testing and tenant health
• Lead, coach and develop a Workday delivery team
• Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across the Workday environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience
• Strong Workday HCM experience
• Experience with additional Workday modules
• Proven configuration and technical delivery experience
• Experience across Workday implementations and major change
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance
• Experience with ITIL / Agile / Scrum
• Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
