Job Description
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer for a contract-to-hire role. You will build, optimize, and integrate enterprise applications across the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Power Apps, automation, APIs, and Azure services, delivering secure and scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages) aligned with governance and security standards.
  • Build and manage Power Automate flows and system integrations.
  • Develop and optimize APIs for Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Implement Fabric solutions including pipelines, Lakehouse integration, and Dataflows.
  • Create reusable components and connectors to support future development.
  • Ensure performance, data security, and DLP compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues across apps, flows, APIs, and Fabric workloads.
  • Support CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong API development experience (REST, JSON, OAuth, custom connectors).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines).
  • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse security, modeling, and environments.
  • Experience with governance, DLP, and Power Platform CoE.
  • Familiar with ALM practices, solutions, and versioning.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
