Senior HRIS Manager (Workday)
Great opportunity available for a Senior HRIS Manager to join a large global organization on a permanent full time basis. This organization have circa 40,000 employees in over 25 countries and are investing heavily in their HR Technology stack. They are live with Workday but have a busy road map with various ongoing and upcoming projects including Workday Prism, Workday Extend, Workday Help, and Fountain ATS deployments. In this role you will manage global teams and drive the deployment and harmonization of the HR Tech stack.

🔸Role - Senior HRIS Manager (Workday)

🔸Working model - Hybrid, 2 days a week on-site in Atlanta
🔸Type - permanent, full time
🔸Salary - $175,000 - $200,000 + 15% bonus
🔸Projects - Workday Prism, Workday Extend, Workday Help, Fountain ATS + others
🔸Focus - Spearhead the deployment and harmonization of the HR Technology stack. Manage global teams and senior stakeholders to drive the HRIS strategy and road map.
Requirements:
🔹Experience as a Senior HRIS Manager or HRIS Director
🔹5+ years of HRIS experience, Workday preferred
🔹HRIS Deployment experience, Workday preferred
🔹ATS system deployment experience, e.g. Workday Recruiting, Taleo, Skillroad, Fountain etc
🔹Experience managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders, ideally at a global organization
