HR Transformation Business Analyst – Contract – 100% Remote

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada that is looking to bring on two HR Transformation Business Analysts to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.
This is an opportunity to help shape future HR processes and service delivery across a complex, multi-organization environment.

Role Overview:

• Lead business process analysis, workflow mapping and requirements gathering
• Facilitate workshops with HR, business and program stakeholders
• Support the design of HR service delivery models, service catalogs and operating processes
• Identify gaps, assess cross-functional impacts and develop recommendations
• Work closely with Workday teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
• Support testing, business validation and deployment readiness

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience working with Workday
• Strong experience in business process redesign, requirements management and workshop facilitation
• Knowledge of business architecture, HR service delivery and enterprise software implementations
• Proven skills in process mapping, SOP development and testing support
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to independently drive assigned work through to completion
