𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 – 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲 / 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 – 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 (𝗨𝗦)

We're supporting a world-renowned, mission-driven healthcare and research organization in the search for an experienced Workday Payroll Systems Analyst to join their team following a recent Workday implementation.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of Workday Payroll, Payroll Operations, and Finance/Accounting, providing hands-on systems support, investigating configuration issues, testing potential solutions, and ensuring payroll activity flows accurately through downstream accounting and financial processes.

This role is ideally suited to someone who understands Workday Payroll beyond day-to-day payroll processing and enjoys getting hands-on in the system to investigate problems, troubleshoot configuration, test solutions, and understand how changes impact the wider Workday and Finance ecosystem.

• 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 – Workday Payroll Systems Analyst
• 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 – Contract-to-Hire / Permanent
• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 – ASAP
• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Up to $90/hr contract / $110k–$130k base salary
• 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 – Comprehensive benefits package for permanent employees
• 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 – Remote (US)
• 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 – Workday Payroll Systems support including stakeholder engagement, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Strong hands-on Workday Payroll experience, including configuration, troubleshooting, and systems support
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll accounting, including how payroll activity flows into Finance and the General Ledger
• Experience with Benefits and Compensation touchpoints into Payroll, alongside payroll reconciliation and accruals
• Experience testing Workday configuration changes, integrations, enhancements, and updates
• Strong systems aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and test potential solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Payroll, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, and other technical and functional teams

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:

• Healthcare or non-profit industry experience
• Union payroll experience
• Workday Reporting experience
• UKG Time & Attendance exposure
