This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone comfortable managing the project while also producing the documentation, running workshops and driving migration, testing and go-live activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the project lifecycle from requirements and solution design through build, testing, migration, go-live and BAU handover

  • Manage the field service application workstream as part of the wider D365 Business Central ERP programme

  • Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, requirements, process maps, test plans and cutover/go-live documentation

  • Lead data mapping and migration from the existing Construction Manager platform

  • Coordinate integration requirements between the new application and Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Manage operational, IT, field-user, third-party development and programme stakeholders

  • Coordinate UAT, training, change management and user readiness

Essential Experience
  • Strong ERP project management experience, ideally within Dynamics 365 Business Central programmes

  • Proven delivery of field service, job management, construction or similar operational applications

  • Good working knowledge of D365 Business Central, particularly integrations with surrounding applications

  • Strong experience of data mapping, migration and system implementation

  • Experience managing third-party developers or implementation partners

  • Excellent stakeholder management across operational and senior leadership teams

  • Ability to personally produce detailed project documentation and drive delivery without relying on a large PMO/support structure

  • Experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, facilities management or field-service environments

  • Experience working within a wider ERP transformation programme

  • Understanding of bespoke and/or low-code application development lifecycles

This role would suit a hands-on D365 Business Central Project Manager who can bridge ERP, operational field-service processes, integrations and data migration while taking complete ownership of delivery.
