A prestigious real estate end customer is looking for an experienced Azure Integration Platform Engineer to establish, build and operate a secure and scalable Azure integration platform.

The role will focus on creating the Azure foundation supporting integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SharePoint and third-party applications, while establishing strong standards around security, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code and operational support.

You will also work with GitHub Copilot and modern development practices to accelerate integration development and improve engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build and operate the Azure integration platform
  • Establish Azure subscription, resource and Resource Group structures
  • Design networking, connectivity and security in line with Azure best practices
  • Develop integrations between D365 FinOps, SharePoint and third-party systems
  • Build and support integration services using:
    • Azure Service Bus
    • Azure Functions
    • Logic Apps
    • Azure Storage
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable Azure deployments
  • Establish observability, logging, monitoring and alerting across the integration platform
  • Use GitHub, GitHub Copilot and CI/CD practices to support efficient development and deployment
  • Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, supportable and suitable for production environments
  • Define technical standards and documentation to support ongoing platform operations
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and architecture experience
  • Proven experience designing or building Azure integration platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Azure Storage
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps) with other enterprise systems
  • Experience with SharePoint and third-party application integrations
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, identity and resource organisation
  • Hands-on Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform or Bicep
  • Experience implementing monitoring, logging and operational management within Azure
  • Strong understanding of GitHub, CI/CD and GitHub Copilot
  • Ability to take ownership of an Azure platform from initial foundation through to production operation
