Role – We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to define and deliver the integration strategy and architecture for a large-scale Oracle Cloud (Oracle Fusion) transformation programme. You will lead the design, build, deployment and governance of integration solutions that connect Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud and other SaaS and on-premise enterprise systems. You will work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Suite and other middleware to make sure data and processes flow reliably between systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end integration architecture across Oracle SaaS (Fusion ERP, SCM) and on-premise systems.
- Lead the design, development and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, B2B/EDI and file-based integration.
- Work with functional leads, enterprise architects and business stakeholders to capture integration requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
- Set integration standards, design patterns, reusable frameworks and best practices across the programme.
- Make sure integrations meet security, performance and data governance requirements.
- Lead the integration workstream and manage onshore and offshore development teams.
- Run code reviews, solution walkthroughs and quality assurance for integration components.
- Work with Oracle and third-party vendors on solution alignment, issue resolution and escalations.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Application Integration, Process Automation (OIC Process, PCS), Visual Builder (VBCS), B2B and File Server.
- Experience with OIC adapters, including Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, FTP/SFTP, REST and SOAP.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS (Fusion) data structures, business processes, business events, FBDI and HCM/ERP web services.
- Experience with API management, microservices architecture and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite. Exposure to MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is an advantage.
- Experience with integration testing, performance tuning, monitoring, and error handling and recovery.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps pipelines and integration lifecycle management.
- A proven track record of leading integration delivery on large Oracle Cloud transformation programmes using Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional and offshore technical teams.
