Workday Compensation & Benefits Manager – Contract – 100% Remote

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a large healthcare organization in Canada that is looking to bring on a Compensation & Benefits Manager to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.
This is an opportunity to help shape benefits administration, compensation structures and job architecture across a complex, multi-organization environment.

Role Overview:

• Support the design, validation and implementation of Workday Benefits and Compensation processes
• Lead requirements gathering and workshops with HR leaders, business stakeholders and Workday teams
• Support job architecture design, including job families, job profiles, classifications and career frameworks
• Help align salary structures, grades, ranges, premiums and allowances across participating organizations
• Drive business process standardization and develop recommendations for senior leadership
• Support testing, data validation, deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilization

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years supporting Workday implementations or post-production enhancements
• Demonstrated experience with Workday Benefits Administration and Compensation
• Proven experience in job architecture, salary structures, job evaluation and workforce classification
• Strong requirements gathering, process design, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting testing, data conversion and deployment readiness
• Experience in healthcare, public sector or complex unionized environments would be particularly valuable
