Lead a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of Workday and related HR systems within a global HR Technology function. You’ll own Tier 1 support and build the service standards that keep HR technology reliable and scalable.

The Role
Lead a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of Workday and related HR systems within a global HR Technology function. You’ll own Tier 1 support and build the service standards that keep HR technology reliable and scalable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of HR Technology Analysts.
- Own Tier 1 support, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA or escalated to Functional and Integrations teams.
- Build and improve the service model, including SLAs, processes and knowledge management.
- Manage incidents, root cause analysis and system stability, including readiness for releases, payroll and benefits cycles.
- Use performance data to drive improvement, automation and self-service.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security and audit requirements.
- 6–9 years in HR Technology, HRIS or enterprise application support.
- Strong Workday experience in a global organisation.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Track record running support operations and improving service management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
