We are expanding our nationwide team and are seeking a motivated (Senior) D365 BC Finance Consultant to join us as soon as possible. Bring your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance modules to innovative customer projects and help organizations optimise their financial processes through cutting-edge ERP solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Finance module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring accurate setup of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Analyse client financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation, and translate these requirements into tailored ERP configurations.
• Conduct engaging workshops with finance teams, delivering comprehensive training to ensure users are confident in utilising the system effectively.
• Provide strategic guidance on digitisation initiatives, leveraging your financial expertise to enhance processing efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to translate finance-specific requirements into functional specifications, overseeing their development and successful deployment.
• Manage (sub-)projects related to financial module implementations, including scope definition, timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices in financial processes, and supporting continuous system improvement and upgrades.
• Assist in integrating financial modules with other functional areas such as logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain, where applicable.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in D365 BC Finance, sharing insights to optimise client solutions and internal processes.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ERP finance modules, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring core financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Banking, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Reports.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Experience with financial data migration, reconciliation, and reporting within D365 BC.
• Familiarity with other ERP modules (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, supply chain) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of working on finance-specific projects using agile or traditional methodologies, demonstrating flexibility and precision.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for phased project deployments.
