A leading Workday partner delivering HR, Finance, Payroll solutions across North America and EMEA. With a strong customer base and a reputation for innovation, the company is expanding a brand new Financials Account Services sales team focused on driving growth across Workday Financials customers. This is a rare opportunity to join a new high impact sales function from day one.

The Opportunity

We are hiring experienced Account Executives to drive new business growth for Workday Financials focused services, including invoice automation, accounts payable solutions and payment processing. You will have access to warm Workday Financials customer leads, strong brand recognition and support from marketing, customer success, and solution experts. This is a high visibility role with the chance to shape a new go to market strategy in a fast growing area of the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Workday Financials customers
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking and relationship building
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand AP and invoice processing challenges
  • Present invoice automation and financial operations solutions to finance and procurement leaders
  • Build strong business cases and deliver compelling ROI presentations
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms in partnership with leadership and legal teams
  • Partner with marketing on finance focused campaigns and events
  • Represent the company at Workday events and industry conferences
  • Ensure seamless handoff to implementation and customer teams post sale
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong background selling finance or accounting solutions
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to finance, accounting or procurement teams
  • Understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice workflows
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling Workday Financials solutions or services
  • Knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and customer community
  • Existing network of Workday Financials or finance transformation contacts
  • Background in AP, finance operations or shared services
  • Experience with consultative or solution based sales methodologies
