ADP Benefits & Leave of Absence Lead

Here at Focus Cloud, We’re partnering with a leading client to find an experienced ADP Benefits Consultant for a part-time contract role. This is a one-time setup project covering Benefits Administration and Leave of Absence (LOA) Management, with the potential to extend for up to 2 years.

The role at a glance:
🔹 Lead the transition from current to future-state HR processes
🔹 Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures across the HR lifecycle
🔹 Conduct a Leave of Absence Compliance Audit (FMLA, ADA, state/local)
🔹 Support benefits admin, invoice reconciliation & COBRA processes
🔹 Manage open enrollment alongside vendors and brokers
🔹 Provide first-line employee support on benefit queries

What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in Benefits Administration & LOA compliance
✅ Hands-on experience with ADP systems (AbsencePro a bonus!)
✅ Process-focused with an eye for compliance and efficiency
✅ Confident communicator who can hit the ground running
