  • Provide hands-on support in embedding Lean-Agile, DevOps, Product Management, and AI-based delivery models across technology and business units.
  • Ensure continuous alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement using retrospectives, system thinking, and feedback loops.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to promote transparency and shared accountability.
  • Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings to build enterprise-wide awareness and alignment.
Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience, including enterprise-level Agile coaching and transformation leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, including SAFe (SPC certified preferred), LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.
  • Proven experience coaching C-level stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Strong background in Agile adoption across engineering, DevOps, AI/GenAI, and product management functions.
  • Previous experience in software development, IT delivery, or as a Product Owner/Manager in large-scale environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing distributed Agile transformation teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Thought leadership (e.g., published white papers or conference speaking engagements) is a strong plus.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 10+ years of Agile transformation experience with hands-on enterprise coaching across technology and business.
  • Holds SAFe SPC certification and experience implementing at least one other scaling framework.
  • Proven ability to coach senior leaders and executives while leading Agile at scale initiatives.
  • Has worked in environments that leverage AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and modern DevOps practices in delivery.
  • Past experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a scaled Agile setting.
  • Demonstrated success managing Agile coaches or consultants in global, distributed teams.
