Salary: $100,000-120,000 + 10% Bonus

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python, PySpark, and distributed computing frameworks to process large-scale datasets.
- Build and automate ETL processes, validation routines, and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across valuation and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Portfolio Management, and Finance teams to integrate upstream and downstream systems, including ETRM and financial modeling platforms.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimizations to deliver production-grade, scalable data products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, or Databricks, including strong understanding of distributed data processing and cloud architectures.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, software engineering best practices, and DevOps workflows (testing, version control, deployment automation).
- Experience working with energy or financial datasets, including pricing, load forecasting, or P&L modeling in complex, high-volume environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical requirements into technical implementations and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
