Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day benefits administration (enrollments, life events, eligibility, deductions support, vendor/file coordination).
- Triage and resolve benefits cases; partner with HR/Payroll on escalations and corrections.
- Support payroll parallel readiness (validate benefit deductions, troubleshoot variances, track fixes to closure).
- Maintain clear documentation and keep work moving with minimal direction.
Required
- Strong hands-on Benefits operations experience.
- Able to work independently and deliver quickly with limited guidance.
- Available ASAP, full-time.
Nice to have
- Workday experience (power user / HR ops / testing support).
- Infor/Lawson experience and/or migration exposure.
- Healthcare experience.
