Our client is seeking an experienced Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) Implementation Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of the UKG/Kronos Workforce Central suite for a large multi-national customer environment.
This role is fully onsite and requires strong functional expertise across Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, device configuration, and full lifecycle implementation delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading large-scale Kronos WFC implementations and working across distributed stakeholder teams.

This role is fully onsite and requires strong functional expertise across Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, device configuration, and full lifecycle implementation delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading large-scale Kronos WFC implementations and working across distributed stakeholder teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) solutions.
- Support deployment of Kronos WFC Version 8.0 modules including:
- Workforce Timekeeper
- Workforce Accruals
- Workforce Attendance
- Navigators and new features introduced in Version 8.0
- Drive full lifecycle implementation delivery, including:
- Business requirements analysis
- Functional solution design
- System configuration
- Testing and deployment
- Lead and contribute to at least two enterprise-wide WFC rollouts for multi-national customers.
- Configure integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
- Support device and clock setup, including:
- Kronos 4500 clocks
- InTouch terminals
- Workforce Device Manager (WDM)
- Setup Data Manager (SDM)
- Collaborate across multiple teams including client stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
- Provide executive-level communication and project updates to senior leadership.
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely problem resolution.
- 5+ years of experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Central design, implementation, and configuration.
- Hands-on expertise with Kronos WFC Version 8.0 modules and features.
- Proven delivery of 2+ full large-scale multi-national Kronos implementations.
- Strong experience with:
- Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Clock and terminal configuration (4500, InTouch)
- Workforce Device Manager (WDM)
- Setup Data Manager (SDM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience delivering UKG/Kronos WFC implementations.
- Strong functional background in Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers across multi-country or multi-national environments.
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with business stakeholders.
- Skilled in integrations, device management, and complex workforce scheduling environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, vendors, and client leadership.
- Strong communicator capable of presenting technical solutions to senior executives.
