We’re seeking a Workday Certified Adaptive Planning Consultant who can lead and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Adaptive Planning solutions. This role is ideal for someone certified in Adaptive Planning, comfortable interfacing directly with client finance teams, and looking to grow within a high-impact environment.

Note: Certification must be active, but certificate transfer is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support full lifecycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning for various client verticals.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive Planning models that align with best-in-class FP&A practices.
  • Integrate Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials, HR systems, or other ERP/data platforms.
  • Deliver user training and workshops to build client self-sufficiency.
  • Offer strategic guidance for change management and adoption planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong functional knowledge of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, reporting.
  • Advanced skills in model building including sheets, dimensions, assumptions, and formulas.
  • Proven experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of data integration concepts and tools (Workday Financials, HCM, other ERPs).
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory (no transfer required).
  • Exceptional client communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) highly preferred.
