About the Role: We’re currently seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise, particularly around merit cycles. This is an ideal role for someone who can hit the ground running and provide direct support during a critical compensation period.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders and teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of Workday’s Advanced Compensation module, with a strong emphasis on year-end merit planning cycles and associated touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation, with a focus on Merit processes
- Support and advise during the year-end merit cycle and its integration with broader compensation planning
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and reporting
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain configuration according to best practices and evolving needs
- Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (Merit)
- Strong functional knowledge of year-end processes and compensation planning workflows
- Valid Workday Implementer Certifications – strictly required
- Previous experience working with or for Workday partner clients is highly desirable
- Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
