Compensation Consultant (Compensation Operations) — Workday / Lawson Migration Support (Healthcare)

Overview
Immediate Compensation operations support needed to lift the burden from Total Rewards leadership during payroll parallel and go-live. This is a heads-down operational role; may assist with testing if you have relevant systems experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support compensation operations (pay changes impacting payroll, comp transactions, approvals, audits, issue resolution).
  • Assist with payroll parallel validation related to compensation (identify variances, coordinate corrections, track completion).
  • Provide responsive operational support to Total Rewards stakeholders; document outcomes and next steps.

Required

  • Strong hands-on Compensation operations experience.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and deliver with little direction.
  • Available ASAP, full-time.

Nice to have

  • Workday Compensation exposure (user/admin/testing support).
  • Infor/Lawson experience and/or migration exposure.
  • Healthcare experience.
