Responsibilities
- Support compensation operations (pay changes impacting payroll, comp transactions, approvals, audits, issue resolution).
- Assist with payroll parallel validation related to compensation (identify variances, coordinate corrections, track completion).
- Provide responsive operational support to Total Rewards stakeholders; document outcomes and next steps.
Required
- Strong hands-on Compensation operations experience.
- Self-starter who can prioritize and deliver with little direction.
- Available ASAP, full-time.
Nice to have
- Workday Compensation exposure (user/admin/testing support).
- Infor/Lawson experience and/or migration exposure.
- Healthcare experience.
