This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role suited to someone who is comfortable working across multiple Dayforce modules, supporting day‑to‑day functional tickets while helping maintain stability and best‑practice use of the platform.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior functional contact for Dayforce support requests
- Providing hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting across core Dayforce modules
- Supporting functional issues across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent areas
- Advising on Dayforce best practices, configuration, and system usage
- Working with business and IT stakeholders to resolve functional issues efficiently
- Contributing to the stability and ongoing improvement of the Dayforce environment
- Strong, hands‑on experience with Dayforce HCM
- Background in post‑go‑live support, AMS, or production support
- Ability to work across multiple functional modules (payroll exposure a plus, but not essential)
- Comfortable working within ticketing tools and service‑based support models
- Self‑sufficient, pragmatic, and delivery‑focused with a contractor mindset
- Part‑time engagement: approximately 10-20 hours per month dependant on modules
