Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Workday Adaptive Planning practice, setting strategy and delivery standards.
- Drive profitable project delivery through effective resource planning and utilization.
- Support sales opportunities by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client meetings.
- Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and future leaders within the practice.
- Oversee delivery on complex, high-impact Workday Adaptive projects.
- 10+ years’ experience in consulting and people leadership within Workday environments.
- Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and practice performance.
- Strong Workday Adaptive Planning expertise and certification.
- Background in client engagement and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
