Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Workday Adaptive Planning practice, setting strategy and delivery standards.
  • Drive profitable project delivery through effective resource planning and utilization.
  • Support sales opportunities by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client meetings.
  • Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and future leaders within the practice.
  • Oversee delivery on complex, high-impact Workday Adaptive projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience in consulting and people leadership within Workday environments.
  • Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and practice performance.
  • Strong Workday Adaptive Planning expertise and certification.
  • Background in client engagement and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
