We are seeking an Executive Director for the Workday Practice to lead and grow the Workday function. This individual will oversee practice strategy, delivery excellence, and business development across the Canadian market.

We are seeking an Executive Director for the Workday Practice to lead and grow the Workday function. This individual will oversee practice strategy, delivery excellence, and business development across the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Workday practice with a strong focus on HCM solutions.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of both medium and large enterprise Workday implementations.
- Drive business development: build client relationships, respond to RFPs, and win new customers.
- Oversee practice growth, including managing a team of 10–15 direct reports.
- Ensure successful delivery across diverse sectors, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine practice vision and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven Workday Practice Leader experience, ideally for an organization rather than a partner.
- Strong track record delivering multiple Workday HCM implementations end-to-end.
- Experience leading teams and scaling a practice (10–15 employees or more).
- Strong business development skills, including RFP creation and client engagement.
- Based in Toronto/Ontario (preferred but not essential).
- Experience across multiple industries and client sizes.
- Established reputation in the Canadian Workday market.
