To lead this ambitious programme, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of ERP to drive the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of this transformation across the business.

- Oversee the full ERP transformation programme, leading the migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Define and deliver the ERP roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and manufacturing functions.
- Build and lead a project team to ensure effective rollout, integration, and adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP across the organisation, ensuring best practice and long-term value creation.
- Report at C-level and provide regular updates on programme status, risks, and outcomes.
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformation programmes within complex organisations.
- Strong track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred) or SAP/other Tier 1 ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead change across multiple functions.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Based in Germany – client offices in Kiel, Munich, and Stuttgart.
- The role is primarily remote, but will require regular travel across Germany to business sites and partner offices.
